Our Professional Services are available mainly to our Business Partners. Services such as Hotline, Support & Training, Implementation and Project Management can be easily ordered either for internal use or for end-customers and will meet all your customer's requirements. According to request, our staff will render the service/s ordered as employee/s of the Partner or of Biodata IT SA, i.e. you can directly invoice your customer.

Support

Biodata offer their Partners basic support services carried out by qualified staff that deal with your enquiries in a quick and efficient manner. The response time depends on the difficulty of your request and the existing workload of the staff at that time. Consulting

This service enables the Business Partner to quicker achieve their goal without the costs of unnecessary and unproductive meetings with customers. Convincing arguments from a neutral consultant and the knowledge-based discussion of a subject create confidence and security with a customer. Biodata offers this service in different layers:

1. Analysis of the existing system, concept or problem.
2. Development of an adequate solution.
3. Realisation of the solution.

Depending on the extent and the nature of the task, this service is carried out by Biodata themselves or, if necessary, together with their Partner's consultants.

According to our understanding, Consulting requires our staff to render on-site service/s at a Partner's or end user's premises.

Project Management

We are a channel-oriented company and as such we are normally not involved with our Partner's Project Management. Under certain circumstances however, a Partner may not be able or may not want to cover certain areas. It is at this point and time when Biodata can take over.

We primarily concentrate on the management of resources and tasks. We get Partners together, organise the necessary resources and include the corresponding manufacturers in our planning. Biodata gets involved in a project according to its extent and its required support. The services of a Project Management are diverse and may range from the procurement of resources to the complete management of a project by Biodata.

Should this Service be required, it is necessary to discuss at an early stage the extent, necessary resources, possible Partners and further details such as costs involved, contracts and terms.
